Can ultrasonic cleaners work with 45 RPM 7" Singles?

Yep!
Just put your 45 adaptor on the rod. Place the album on the spindle. Remove the adaptor and then put the label protector and clamp it together. The grooves on a 45 and 33 end at about the same physical distance from the center of the disc (in my experience so far). So you can even use the same water level for most cleaning both types of discs.
